Duplex Steel S32205 Pipe Fittings are composed of approximately 22% chromium, 5–6% nickel, 3% molybdenum, and nitrogen, giving them excellent resistance to pitting and stress corrosion. They offer a balanced microstructure of austenite and ferrite, resulting in high mechanical strength and superior toughness. These fittings provide a minimum yield strength of around 450 MPa and tensile strength of 620 MPa. S32205 also maintains good weldability and fatigue resistance, making it suitable for use in fluctuating temperature and pressure environments without compromising performance or longevity.
