Duplex Steel S32205 Tubing contains approximately 22% chromium, 5–6% nickel, 3% molybdenum, and nitrogen, providing outstanding resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking. Its dual-phase austenitic-ferritic structure ensures a minimum yield strength of around 450 MPa and tensile strength near 620 MPa. The material also offers high fatigue resistance, good weldability, and excellent toughness even in low temperatures.
